Foxtons New February Menu

Here are some of our starters;
Pheasant breast à l’ orange with apricots & streaky bacon
Pan fried sardines with a spicy garlic vinaigrette
Chicken liver and game parfait with garlic crostini and red onion marmalade
Crayfish salad, toasted pine kernels on a mixed leaf salad with a green pesto
dressing

New main dishes include:

* Plump chicken breast stuffed with brie and garlic wrapped in Parma ham with a Greek yoghurt and honey drizzle

* Mussel stew and warm crusty bread; Mussels, salmon, smoked haddock and king tiger prawns served in a creamy lemon sauce

* Pork escalopes with sweet cider and apple sauce and sautéed potatoes

And of course we always have available local reared steaks and burgers!

With new pudds like white chocolate and raspberry cheesecake and  lemon syllabub and homemade stem ginger short bread you can be sure to find something to enjoy.
